Return Conditions:

• Request for return must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date.
• Product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when delivered, with no signs of use, modification, installation, or markings.
• Money-back guarantee does not apply to clearance items or special orders.
• Refund will be processed once we receive and validate the returned items, minus applicable fees.
• No return request will be accepted without pictures of the items and their actual state.

To return flooring and other pallet orders, a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from the full refund amount. Return pick-up and shipping will be organized by the retailer.
